During my educational technology I got a lot of benefits that will make me a good teacher in future. It helped me a lot in improve many things like my English language as when I started I was beginner in English, it changed something in my personality as it made me more comfortable and strengthen my self-confidence.
What I took in my educational technology was exactly what I wanted and even more at the beginning it was hard for me and you can even say that I didn’t take it that serious but after weeks i began to be more interested because of Ms. Afnan, who made a really important footprint as she knew how to make the subject more interesting to me and how it’s important for my future as a teacher.
Educational technology has many advantages. For starters, technologies are motivating and can be helpful, as an example, games, wiki, blogs, power point presentations and more are there which can provide context for learning and can make it more easier for a person or teacher to teach content that are kind of very difficult to teach in the classroom.
As for the disadvantage, there are several. Teaching a student using power points, games, wiki and so on, may make the students want to get rid of the books and want everything using computers and those things.
